Return & Refund Policy
At Cardberry Club, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer shopping online from Sweden or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please include your order number, name, and the item you wish to return.
2. Return condition
Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
For sealed Pokémon TCG products, booster boxes, booster packs, gift boxes, and collector products, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
We cannot accept returns of opened booster packs, opened booster boxes, opened blind boxes, opened gift boxes, or products where the seal has been broken.
This is because trading card products contain random contents and cannot be resold as sealed products once opened.
3. Random products and pull rates
Some products contain random cards, random packs, random plush toys, or random display items. The specific card, character, pack version, or pull result is not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product page.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on the cards pulled, pull rates, random contents, or personal preference after opening the product.
4. How to return an item
To request a return, please contact us first before sending anything back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Return shipping cost
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns. Cardberry Club is not responsible for returned items that are lost during return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty item.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

- Clear photos of the packaging

8. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Blind boxes
- Gift boxes with random contents
- Sealed trading card products with broken seals
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Digital gift cards, if offered
9. Exchanges
We do not normally offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order.
