Shipping Policy

At Cardberry Club, we carefully pack and ship Pokémon TCG products, collector boxes, plush gift boxes, and related collectible items from Sweden.

  1. Shipping location

All orders are shipped from Sweden.

  1. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

  1. Delivery time

Estimated delivery time within Sweden is usually 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, holidays, weather, delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer different shipping options depending on order weight, product size, and destination.

  1. Free shipping

Free shipping may be offered for eligible orders when the order value reaches the free-shipping threshold shown on our website or at checkout.

Free shipping offers may apply only to certain countries or regions.

  1. Shipping carrier

We normally ship using Swedish postal or parcel services such as PostNord or another suitable shipping provider.

For valuable or larger orders, we recommend tracked shipping where available.

  1. Order tracking

If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be sent to you by email after the order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

  1. Address information

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Please check your name, street address, postal code, city, country, email, and phone number carefully before placing your order.

Cardberry Club is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  1. Failed delivery or uncollected packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or could not be delivered due to incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If the customer wants the order shipped again, a new shipping fee may apply.

  1. Damaged packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If your package or product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • A short description of the issue

We will review the case and help you with a suitable solution.

  1. Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

Please note that we cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, public holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

  1. International shipping

If international shipping is available, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

  1. Product packaging

We pack orders carefully to help protect sealed Pokémon TCG products and collectible items during delivery.

However, minor outer packaging marks may occur during transport and do not usually affect the sealed product inside.
