Welcome to Cardberry Club. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Store information
Cardberry Club is an online store based in Sweden. We sell Pokémon trading card products, collector boxes, plush gift boxes, card display products, and related hobby collectibles.

2. Products
We aim to describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
Most products sold by Cardberry Club are sealed Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG products unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Product images may be for illustration purposes only. Packaging, artwork, or product details may vary slightly between batches or releases.
3. Random products and pull rates
Some products include random cards, random booster packs, random plush toys, random display sets, or other random contents.
Unless specifically stated, we do not guarantee any specific card, pull, rarity, character, pack version, or result.
Opening trading card products involves random chance. We do not accept returns or refund requests based on pull results, duplicate cards, random contents, or personal disappointment after opening the product.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in SEK unless otherwise stated.
Prices may include Swedish VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There is a pricing or product information error
- Payment is not completed
- We suspect fraud or misuse
- Delivery cannot be completed
If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the payment.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Orders are processed after payment has been received or confirmed. For manual bank transfer, we will not ship the order until the payment is visible in our account.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship from Stockholm, Sweden.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on our shipping information page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information.
8. Risk during delivery
The risk for the product passes to the customer when the customer, or someone chosen by the customer, receives the goods.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
For sealed trading card products and blind/random products, opened items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
10. Intellectual property
All product names, characters, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Cardberry Club is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
11. Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operations, or use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
12. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages caused by delays, third-party services, payment providers, shipping carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal consumer rights under applicable Swedish or EU law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
